Tiny Brazilian cars about to invade U.S.

A Brazilian car designing firm called Obvio! has found a distributing partner in the U.S. finally. ZAP, known for distributing EVs to environmentally conscious folks in the U.S., has placed a 50,000 unit order for the company's two super tiny and whacky minicars.
